Thirty Days, Beginning at Your Door
The window opens on the delivery date and runs 30 calendar days. Anything requested inside it comes back free of charge.
What Comes Back Without Argument
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and every accessory intact;
- An order number or another proof of purchase at hand.
What Stays Final
- Gift cards;
- Goods sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
- Custom-made or personalized pieces;
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
Returning, Laid Out in Four Moves
- Move one: the email. Your order number and reason go to .
- Move two: the confirmation. Within 24-48 hours we verify eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Move three: the handoff. Pack the item securely and give it to the carrier.
- Move four: the refund underway. It begins at the carrier's first scan — warehouse arrival holds no vote in your timeline.
Hold the Boxes Until We Speak
Ship nothing until our reply lands. Parcels sent unarranged cannot be matched to an order and may forfeit their refund.

Need a different size or color? Order fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
When Arrival Doesn't Match the Promise
Damaged, faulty, or plainly wrong? Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, then your pick: free replacement or full refund. Usually nothing travels back.
Stopping It While It's Still Ours
Cancel any time before the carrier collects for a complete refund. After dispatch, the 30-day return above takes over.
