The First 2-3 Days
Payment cleared, your order is picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 2-3 business days. Weekend and U.S. holiday orders roll to the next business day, and a dispatch email confirms the departure.
The Days in Between
Delivery normally takes 20-45 days from dispatch, moving with destination and carrier rhythm. Orders across the United States and the United Kingdom usually arrive inside that span. If seasonal crowding stretches it, we will tell you.
The Checkout Reality
Free Above $30
- $30.00 or more: shipping costs you nothing;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, shown at checkout before you commit.
No Tax, No Duty
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are strangers to qomzavire customers — we absorb them all. The checkout figure is the final one, to the last cent.
The Ground We Cover
The United States and the United Kingdom, for now. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses sit outside our routes.
Tracking, Shared Openly
The tracking number comes to life at the carrier's first scan. Email with your order number, and we will send the number, the carrier's link, and updates whenever you ask.
Parcels That Freeze or Fade
Stalled mid-route, or the carrier calls it lost? Write to — verification done, we reship free of charge or refund in full. A lost parcel never becomes lost money here.
The Address, Given One More Look
Please read your delivery address carefully before paying. Parcels aimed at a mistyped address sit outside our responsibility; should one circle back, we reship the moment you confirm the correct details.
Several Boxes from One Order
Larger orders may split into several parcels across different days, always without extra charge. Every box carries its own tracking number — ask and we will share it.
